Made this cake for a young women in my church. The cake was a 12 inch square, moist yellow cake with pineapple filling. The tummy was yellow cake and the boobs were RKT. The tummy and boobs were covered in fondant with RI piping. The square cake was iced in buttercream with fondant roses and gumpaste flowers on side of dress.
