Lotus Flower cake

I forgot the exact flavor of the cake, but if I’m not mistaken this was a chocolate cake w/ strawberry cheesecake filling, and as usual it’s an egg-less vegetarian cake. The decors are a mix of fondant and gumpaste. It was my first too in trying the ruffles. (^_^)
