This cake was for my supervisor’s retirement potluck at work. She loves Tigger just as much as I do, and I knew I wanted to put him on the cake, but wasn’t sure how I was going to do that until I walked by my Tigger clock and the image of this cake popped in my head. I made my Tigger out of fondant, covered my board and cake with green and added a simple pond for Tigger to relax beside. I added a second small pond on my cake board with some cats tails to fill the space and also to write my text in so that it wasn’t so plain and made her name out of Tigger tail letters. The cake was chocolate with chocolate ganache.
