I did a few Anemones following instructions from a sugarcraft book and tweaked some techniques, like, I used poppy seed to pollinate the stamen and black sesame seeds for the center . Book says to use sugartex mixed with purple and black dust. I also used a medium size wilton 5-petal cutter instead of buying a anemone cutter. The Anemone spray were used for a sweet 16 cake with a Grecian theme.
