Elsa turned 7 !!

I was given an overnight notice to make this cake (from baking to delivery)… And the brief was that the birthday was done at a pool for 10 kids so I had to go with an abstract theme as I did not have time to make any elaborate deco especially with the high humidity we have now here (nothing really dries unless it sits in the AC for days).

Triple layer light chocolate fondant cake with chocolate buttercream and Valrhona chocolate ganache in between layers, covered with ganache!

The blue color is to remind us of the pool where the birthday party was held; the polka dots: two shades of yellow for the sun, light brown for the sand, blue for the sky and purple for happiness
