For fathers day I wanted to make my dad 4 personal cupcakes, topping them with his favourite things. My Dad’s a keen musician; he plays a Tuba in a brass band and has a room full of synthesizers at home. He also Idolizes Tubular Bells composer Mike Oldfield, and takes regular trips to Portland lighthouse as his favourite getaway! The cakes are Lemon and Ginger sponge, with Lemon and Ginger Buttercream. :)
