Tried to mimic the climbing rose in my backyard. Colour was suppose to be red… alas, became rust. My flower has ruffled petals. Put a pic here to see what I was trying to achieve. Not there yet…. but will keep trying. :o)

I actually like this color. The deep red is so hard to achieve.

Well, I did try G. Thanks. But think I’m going to wait till the weather co-operates with less humidity around here before I make any more flowers. In a heat advisory right now. :o(

I laugh reading my post Lyn….heat wave when flower was posted…. Now absolutely the longest deep freeze cold winter we’ve had since I was a child!!!!
