Lacey Rose’s very special 1st Birthday Cake. xx I took lots of pics of this one because it looks different from every angle. xx I made each of the little fairies a different outfit out of leaves and flowers and the wings from gelatine, Vivienne Westwood, I am not, Ha ha. The Castle topper main part is made from rice crispies and mallow covered in sugar paste and the turrets from rolled cardboard covered in sugar paste. I hand marked the bricks and walls and dusted with brown lustre and painted the windows. I enjoyed every minute making this one and didn’t want to let it go. xxx
