Here’s the wedding cake I delivered today.
The centres of the roses had to match the lilac ribbon provided by the bride.
The top and bottom tier cakes are vanilla with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry jam. The middle tier is chocolate with chocolate buttercream.

The bride was really happy when she saw the cake – she said it was just as she’d imagined, which was lovely, as well as a huge relief! :-D
