This is my baby elephant called Brian.

I have made him last year for a lady who loves elephants and her daughter decided this would be a perfect cake to celebrate her 60th birthday.
The birthday lady was so much in love with this cake she didn’t want to cut the cake at all but few days later the daughter managed to persuade to try it!

The cake was all carved by myself and then finished with an airbrush to give him as natural as possible skin effect.
