This is a limeade cake with a cherry filling. I made candy to be the red drink and the ice cubes. The lime is a real lime slice and the cherry is fondant with a little bit of piping gel brushed on to make it shiny.

Thanks! The recipe I used actually called for the frozen concentrate in the batter. After it was baked I poured a mix of some of the concentrate and powdered sugar to make a syrup and let it set for about an hour. I’m not into the sour type stuff so this was a bit tart to me! Others liked it though! :)
