This is my first ruffled rose, and ruffle cake.
Thought id have a go at doing some ruffles since it looks so pretty. This small 4inch cake took me 3.5hrs to cover and ruffle in between entertaining my boys :)
They were pretty happy with their morning tea the next day, apart from it being pink of course.
The flavour is raspberry with a vanilla raspberry filling.
