Today I gifted my boss, the Resident Chef of the Culinary Kitchen School I work at , with a Birthday cake that is the sugar replica of his kitchen ( well, only a quarter portion of it ) and his very own sugar figure. The Chef’s table is filled with dishes that he regulary teach and serves in his classes— only in micro form, made from gumpaste. He was very surprised and was in his best mood for the day!!!
