The couple had planned a colourfull wedding; they had dressed in fuchsia (she) and violet (he).
To express their sporty side they had wanted to have the grooms passion for downhill biking – hence the mountain inspired cake with a ‘dirt’ road and him holding his golden helmet. She on the other side is a belly-dancer and therefore wanted to be dressed as one. To complete the look, they wanted to have colour coordinated bride & groom cookies. I have designed them in Illustrator and had them printed on sugar sheets.

The insides were (bottom to top): chocolate bisquit with white-chocolate-rasperry-truffle, lemon almond bisquit with lemon-truffle and pink vanilla bisquit infused with rosewater with white-chocolate-rasperry-truffle.
