This white, rose wedding cake was a true labour of love! This cake was a wedding gift for my best friend’s son and his beautiful bride. All of the sugar roses were hand made over the last few weeks. The cake came together yesterday after a one hour delivery and a two hour setup in a room with no air conditioning and about 90% humidity and 28 degrees. I am so happy how it turned out and that it held up the entire night..:) The bride was ecstatic and that is what counts!!
