Rosettes and Pearls

18-, 14-, 10-, and 6-inch fondant round. One hundred and thirty rosettes were made for this cake. All of the pearls were hand made. That plus the fact, this was the largest and heaviest cake I ever transported fully assembled.

Cakes are my canvas and icing is the medium of my choice.
