A simple and elegant design incorporating ivory fondant, pale pink ribbon and a single rose with a dusky pink centre graduating to a lighter colour on the outside petals.
The tiers are:
6" vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam
9" lemon sponge with vanilla sponge and raspberry jam
12" chocolate cake with ganache
