Meet Khan The Doberman! He was made for a wedding as the main cake along side some daffodil themed Lemon and Cream Cheese Cupcakes. He is hand carved from Chocolate Cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in ganache before a layer of fondant. He was completely airbrushed and all details are handmade. His head is from RKT as it took forever to get the shape right!
I decided to add a few ‘chewed’ daffodils and stems to him to tie him into the wedding cupcakes and I think it turned out pretty cute!
