Cymbidium orchids, roses and hydrangeas all made of gumpaste. Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling and all iced in buttercream. I have never done this many flowers for one cake before! I was a little freaked out when the bride said she wanted “a lot of flowers”.
