Lightning McQueen

This was such a fun cake to make! I don’t get to do carved 3-D cakes often and I love seeing the finished product. I was lucky enought to be able to make this for my neighbor who LOVES cars and was turning 4. I personalized it for him by putting his name on the tires and changed Lightning McQUeen’s number to 04. The cake was red velvet with buttercream filling and covered in MMF.
