Wilton Stand-up Bear Cake

This is a cake for my son’s blessing. It’s the first time I’ve used my Wilton Stand-up Bear tin, I was quite intimidated by it and all the instructions were American and hard to translate into an English recipe (if it tastes nice I’ll share my final recipe!). However, the cake appeared to bake well and slipped away from the tin without too much jiggling… I decorated it using a Wilton no.234 nozzle and fairly firm chocolate buttercream. xx
