This cake was ordered for a lady who had spent many years of her life as a fruit seller and her son wanted a cake to represent this. This was one of those cakes you take on not really giving it much thought and then when you start to do it you realise how much detail is needed in order for it to look good!! The fruit is all made from sugarpaste and took what seemed like forever to do! But I must admit I was quite pleased with how it came out….. as always it was worth the effort :0)
