4,6,and 12 inch square cake finished in buttercream with buttercream stenciling and gumpaste roses. I have been asked about the buttercream on buttercream stenciling and will post a tutorial soon. The trick is to have your cake either dry ( overnight) or frozen (15 minutes ) and apply then apply the medium consistency buttercream on the stencil sheet. If you are using a colour then you have to wash the stencil sheet each time you apply it to a different section of the cake.
