This cake is my famous chocolate mud cake and Cadbury ganache for a gorgeous little boy. His dad owned a outdoor pursuits activity centre and sadly 2 years ago passed away from cancer. His Uncle now runs it and Jack spends most of his time at the activity centre, I have many a photo of Jack on the Quad bikes which he loves. Jack you have your sheep and quad bike cake…. I LOVE kids requests!!!
