40th Celebration cake / Get well soon child cake :)

My friend booked me for a birthday cake for her mums big 40th cake :). As i was working on the bottom tier of the cake, one of my friends twin son’s became really ill and was taken into hospital.

I then took a chance and reduced the 40th cake to one single tier and used the other tier as a get well soon cake for little Tyler to cheer everyone up and let her know we were there for support while he was ill.

She loved both cakes and the get well cake was a pleasant surprise :) !!
