My version of an original creation by Mina Magiska Bakverk in Sweden, a very gracious baker who not only gave me permission to post pictures but also complimented me on my efforts! There are some very generous folk in the worldwide baking community! Made as a surprise for a lovely mum, sister & grandma who is celebrating a significant birthday!
