Diaper Bag Cake

Done for my very diva friend for her surprise shower. The cake was chocolate with nutella filling. I added the fondant in panels, to give it a slouchy look – fashioned after one of her actual diaper bags! First time making the little mary jane shoes and pacifier – both fondant. TFL!
