We were asked to make this cake for a lady who turned 100 this weekend. Happy Birthday Flo xx
4 × 8 inch genoese sponges were used and everything is edible except the piano lid support and the legs for the piano and stool.
This was a fantastic test of our skills particularly working with so much black fondant!

Beautiful piano. I have made piano’s before but no where near as good as this one. well done.
