Pink ombre ballerina cake
What a labor of love this cake was! First time trying out this ruffle technique on the top tier. Each row took about 30-35 individual ruffle pieces. Not the greatest with figurines, but had fun making these ones! Flavors are chocolate hazelnut cake with marshmallow icing and red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Each tier was then covered in mmf petals/ruffles. Figures made out of a 50/50 mmf/fondant mixture.
