Ruffles

This was a last minute cake that was ordered for a little girls 1st birthday. When I say last minute I mean she called about 11:00 and we had the cake ready about 4:00 while finishing up a crazy busy Saturday at our bakery.
We had free reign on design because of the last minute order. Mom just requested purple. As many shades as possible :)

It’s a 3 stack 6” and a 4” on top. All butter flavor cake.

AND it had a smash to match!

AND it was my first attempt at this style of ruffle!
