(Be Gentle. I’m a new decorator still struggling with things like smoothing, sculpting, and straight lines.) This is a Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. Only the Sombrero and Chili Peppers are Fondant/gumpaste blend and the candles are Wilton Margarita glasses (The rest is all cream cheese buttercream).
