A cake for Mark to celebrate his 40th birthday! The theme of the cake was Mark’s gift from his wife, a helicopter ride to Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons in Oxfordshire for lunch, a place he has always wanted to go! The beautiful 2 star Michelin restaurant building is replicated in fondant on the front of the cake and the logo is in edible icing on the top. Mark is holding his favourite food – beans on toast! All items hand made and edible – Happy Birthday Mark!
