This Maggie Austin inspired cake was made for my gorgeous daughter for her wedding. Love the ombré petals.
It was just over 2.5 feet tall with 7 tiers. These were a combination of 5 cake and 2 styro. The flavours were carrot with cream cheese frosting, gingerbread with chai ganache, chocolate/vanilla swirl with dark chocolate ganache, cardamon, lime and pistachio with white chocolate ganache and GF Orange flourless.
