Wedding cake Maggie Austin Inspired

This Maggie Austin inspired cake was made for my gorgeous daughter for her wedding. Love the ombré petals.
It was just over 2.5 feet tall with 7 tiers. These were a combination of 5 cake and 2 styro. The flavours were carrot with cream cheese frosting, gingerbread with chai ganache, chocolate/vanilla swirl with dark chocolate ganache, cardamon, lime and pistachio with white chocolate ganache and GF Orange flourless.

Cakes is gorgeous! It was definitely made with a lot of love. I can only imagine how long you took to put this together with all those petals.

Thank you, it took weeks of petal making and to be honest I lost count… I then attached them to the cake over a couple of days. This was ALL love!
