So after I made the Igor cake for my dad I decided I wanted to also make the “Abby Normal” brain from the movie with my leftover supplies. The brain is sitting on top of a small cake iced in ganache and sealed completely with modeling chocolate. The brain itself is rice cereal treats covered in modeling chocolate and brushed with jelly. Then I poured in a bunch of Jell-O and Knox mixed. It was too opaque (you can only really see the submerged brain from the front) , next time I will only use one pack of colored Jell-O per gallon of gelatin- or just use a little food color.
