rice crispy purse

first time carving rice crispy made with home-made marshmallow.
lesson learned: it’s essential to pack the rice crispy really tight and let it set properly before carving!!!
there were some difficulties working with marshmallow fondant, since it’s stickier~
but happy with the result~
