We were asked to create a small dessert cake for a couple celebrating their 10th Wedding Anniversary. After seeing the photo of couple’s wedding cake, we suggested making a mini version of it.
The original wedding cake was a 2-tier buttercream covered creation featuring fondant roses.
Our version was a tiny 4" round cake, covered in fondant. Instead of piping hearts with royal icing, we’ve decided to simply make them out of fondant and place on side of the cake.
We loved making this cake.
