Thomas the tank engine

This 2 tier Thomas cake was made completely from fondant icing and was my first attempt at Thomas and Percy. It was a picture that a customer sent in and we altered slightly to suit what she wanted. This topsy turvy cake was made using an 8 inch chocolate sponge with peanut butter ganache and a 6 inch vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.
