This is our 2 tier Tinkerbell cake that was made for a Tink Fanatic’s 21st! The top was left plain for an elaborate topper that her parents had made for her. As she was a girly girl who loved pink we used fuschia pink edible dust to completely cover the fuschia pink fondant. The fuschia really made this cake pop with touches of lime green and purple scattered through the cake. The two Tinkerbells were hand drawn and painted onto fondant and transfered onto the cake when dry. Inside the cake was one tier of belgian chocolate sponge with milk choc ganache and the other tier was sticky toffee sponge with vanilla buttercream.
