This was a small tiered cake that I made last minute for a lady that was let down by another cake maker. I squeezed it in but was glad I did because it was pink and pretty and I couldn’t resist…. I was sad to see it go. The cake was a 4" and a 6" madeira sponge with bc and strawberry conserve. I hate buttercream……I’m going to start insisting on ganache if I can : )
