When a long time customer came to me and asked me to create something for her grandmother, her request was “something with black and a splash of gold.” After seeing a few pictures, this is what I came up with. Cake is mud cake with a chocolate whiskey ganache and covered in marshmallow fondant. The gold is hand painted with luster dust.
