Nothing fancy here in terms of decoration but I still wanted to share this new recipe I tried today for my dad’s birthday. I came across Christophe Michalak’s site a few days ago and fell in love with his creations. And I desperately wanted to try one. He was named best pastry chef in the world for 2005. Luckily I found this one:

It is a Almond Short Dough, Almond Cream and Lime Curd Whipped Cream…

It is one of the yummiest tarts/cakes I’ve had and it is far better than a “Fraisier”…
I still added few fondant accents :-))
