Princess and Pirate Cake

I made this castle cake for a little girl turning 5 who wanted a princess and pirate theme. I was going for a sandcastle look, but my buttercream was a little to dark to match the fondant. I made this cake the same week as the Star Wars cake and it was a good reminder as to why I usually only do one a week, I am just not organised enough! I ended up putting the finishing touches on the cake while my friend waited patiently, lol! TFL!

Thanks everyone! Mellie the towers are hollow. They were formed around paper towel tubes that had been covered with waxed paper.
