This cake was very unique. The client ordered this cake for himself, and he had specific ideas in mind – namely to open a designer box with his favorite Vodka, Ciroc, inside. So this is what he received! I made a 2 layer Coconut Vodka infused yellow cake, filled with a Coconut Ciroc mousse, and iced in Coconut Ciroc Buttercream. The center section was carved out for the bottle of Ciroc to fit inside. I lined it in a white fondant, and finished the remaining cake with Brown Fondant. The lid is a cardboard covered with fondant on top, and edged with fondant mixed with a little Tylose so it would dry/set up. The sugar money was printed with the client’s face in 1 Million dollar bills, and $100 bills.
