Ballerina

This is a cake for a girl who workers were throwing her a bridal shower, they wanted something personal and different. She talked to them all the time about her days dancing, so they asked for a tutu cake. It’s a sheet cake carved into the torso shape frosted in buttercream with a fondant bow and one row of fondant ruffles. The top ruffles are buttercream and the very, very bottom is tulle that was glued to the cake board before I put the cake on.
