My first cake. I had been watching a lot of Food Network in 2010 and saw some of the Cake Challenge shows and thought I’d try my hand at cake decorating and sculpting. Was very happy with it and this began my journey into the cake world.

Looking back I wish I would have added the collar/top part of his attire to cover the foil covered pan and plate but I didn’t know what I was doing and ran out of fondant and time as well, since I wanted to bring this to our Saturday night gaming group and was just so happy that i even accomplished what I did.

Of course I chose red velvet, gory. :)
