2nd Birthday cake for someone that loves monster trucks and cars! Vanilla cake filled with raspberry preserves and finished with vanilla buttercream and fondant. I thought about making the monster truck out of gumpaste, but thought it would be more fun if the birthday boy got a toy to play with instead. Thanks for looking!

great cake. Im looking to make a monster truck tire cake. any words of advice. Did you have to carve cake to get it to look like a tire shape?
