This is avanila sponge cake with fresh cream and strawberries. Outside is covered with marshmallow fondant. The wine inside is a doukisa cake covered also with fondant, souvlaki and other stuff on the cake are edible (fondant). It is paint with a brush and edible paints from wilton.
