This cake was done for my friend Grace on a very short notice… She loved it and that’s the most important thing. It’s a 6” triple layer chocolate cake filled with a Valrhona chocolate ganache & buttercream mix, then covered with Italian langues de chat and sprinkled with pink sugar. The addition of the gumpaste flowers brings it all together!
