This cake was done for my friend Grace on a very short notice… She loved it and that’s the most important thing. It’s a 6" triple layer chocolate cake filled with a Valrhona chocolate ganache & buttercream mix, then covered with Italian langues de chat and sprinkled with pink sugar. The addition of the gumpaste flowers brings it all together!

Oh my, this does look scrumptious! Love the flowers, and how you sprinkled the top with pink sugar crystals!
