The cake is an 8" chocolate mud with chocolate buttercream filling and a dark chocolate ganache.

I really enjoyed making this cake for a couple who got engaged in New York and wanted this incorporated into their engagement cake. I was given a picture by the client from ‘For the Love of Cake’ with this design and they had completely fallen in love with it… i just hope that i did their fabulous cake design justice xxx
