EMS Memorial Bike Ride

12-,10-,6-inch cake made of the send-off dinner the night before the bikers leave to ride over 210 miles. They are riding in memorium to all the EMS workers who passed away last year. This year’s theme is “Always In Our Hearts.” That is one reason I chose to do the modified EKG on the bottom tier. They start their ride in the central part of South Carolina and finish their ride at the beach. That is the reason behind the beach painting and seashells. Their emblem is represented on the top tier. Of course, no bike ride would be complete without a few bicyclists.
